The Mathers Tipper safety valve designed , patented and manufactured in Australia was developed after extensive research to address the on going problems of injury accidents caused by falling Tipper Truck Trays.

Australian Standard AS:1418.8 ( legislated and Law in NSW ) and OH&S - Work Place Code of Practice (National Law ) amongst other criteria call for :- “ Controlled rate of lowering of Tipper Tray / Hoists, the system to be designed by competent hydraulic personnel and the circuit and confirmation of compliance with the standard to be displayed on the Tipper Truck.”

Legal investigation and OH&S court rulings clearly define that owners, manufacturers of and individuals responsible for site safety become legally liable and responsible for complying with Australian Standards ( retrospective ) and OH& S -Work Place Code of Practice.

Our Tipper Safety Valve complies with and exceeds the Australian Standards and OH&S recommendations for safe operation of Tipper Trucks with additional safety features such as “JamLock ” that were discovered as accident causing issues during our market research.
